Health and Wellbeing Coaches (HAWCs) across Cumbria

This is a brand new workforce within Cumbria County Council’s Health and Wellbeing Team which will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Health and Social Wellbeing System in Cumbria. The Health and Wellbeing Coaches will work with individuals and families in their homes and local communities, to support them to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce demand on statutory services.

There are two grades of staff now in post: a) Health and Wellbeing Coach and b)Entry level Health and Wellbeing Coach

We look forward to hearing  more about these roles and are pleased that they have already been in touch with us.
